Lyle lives down the street from us, and we see him walking down Main Street here in Lynchburg just about everyday. He visits the Downtown Market every day it's open, visits with each of the vendors, get's his coffee at an antique store across the street, and pops in and out of barber shops chatting with his pals.
"I was born and raised here," he told me. "These are my stompin' grounds."
He's also full of suprises. The day I met up with Lyle for our chat and photoshoot, he let me know he'd been up late the night before. "I was out until about 1 a.m. singing kareoke", he proudly told me. In fact, he goes out and sings kareoke about 4 nights a week, singing old country tunes and dancing with his lady friends.
The day I met Lyle I asked him if we could meet the following Saturday at the Market for our photoshoot. "If the good Lord will's it, I'll be here", he said. And sure enough, he was there.
Make sure you come back next week, I'll be introducing you to Johanna, Tony, Lewis, and....ME!
