Well, it's the last day of 2012 and I thought it proper to summarize, as best, this crazy, adventurous year:
January:
Brent flew up to Virginia to interview for a new job. Within a few days, he took the job, found us a place to live, and we subleased our apartment in Fort Lauderdale. By the end of the month, we were on the road and moving into our new place in Lynchburg. But not before a few last trips to the beach.

February, March, April, and May:
We had to live apart. I cringe thinking about it, it seemed like forever. But I could see God's hand in it the entire way. He had a purpose for me living at home with my parents and getting in a lot of family time before we moved. Brent was given time to adjust to his new job and focus entirely on life as a journalist.
Along the way, we had some awesome visits and I was blessed to have some amazing students that made staying in South Florida worthwhile...

Summer 2012
We finally settled in Virginia together! Adjusting to our new life, exploring our new state, and starting to make some great friends. We survived Hurricane Lynchburg too!

Fall 2012
Fall was crazy busy and flew by. Makewells took off, which was such a blessing and another exciting adventure. Brent and I both worked our butts off, but managed to find time for more adventures, a great Bible study with new friends, and I even got to take a trip to England to visit my sister and mom!

December 2012
December was crazy. We both worked like nuts to get everything done before taking off to South Florida to spend Christmas with family. We had a great time - scuba diving with my dad was a highlight, as well as just some great, quality family time. I definitely slacked in the photo department though...Oh well
