Last week I really pushed myself to set aside a little more time to make stuff just for ME. Thankfully, a brand new set of guache paints arrived on my doorstep just at the right time. The excuse to try them out and all the fall leaves I've been collecting let me to this little illustration...
I hadn't used guache since high school, however, after busting out this new set, I've fallen in love... they go on so smooth and washy like watercolor, but can be a lot more opaque as well (like acrylic). A perfect mixture.
